Business name as it should appear, address or service area, phone number, hours, website if there is one, and what the business actually does. If a profile already exists — including one you didn't create — tell us, because duplicates are better handled up front.

Not to start. Message us first and we'll tell you whether we can help and exactly what the process needs before anything changes hands.

Talk to us. We'd rather tell you before you pay that something looks difficult than take the order and fail quietly. If there's a reason your profile is likely to struggle, you'll hear it in the first conversation.
